As always, a pleasure to deal with. I was kept fully informed by phone after the car was left in and ready before estimated time. Kwik Fit Lisburn Road provides the best service I have received anywhere and would like to thank Colin for todays experience.
Had a pleasant experience as the guys fixed my tyre for nothing on a saturday afternoon. It was a quick fix, however they didn't ask for anything. I made a donation for their charity of choice, Children with Cancer.
I was greeted by Paul, who was very professional and extremely helpful. He very promptly checked the tread on my front tyres and advised that they were in need of replacement, this was done with great expediency. It was then that he discovered that my two rear tyres were in a dangerous condition. Not having the tyres in his store, he drove to a nearby Kiwk Fit branch and brought them back and fitted for me.

I've used it few times with a mixed bag of expiriences. The location is very convenient which is the only reason I've been back. If you have a big job to do service can be great qnd very reliable but with something small and fiddly I'd recommend to go elsewhere or expect to be messed about.

Good and quick service today, but (and I've noticed this in other branches) the defiant mistrust of work carried out elsewhere gets a little tiresome. I appreciate it's a sales technique but it feels a bit pushy.
Reasonable prices. Easy to order online and get to a fitment centre. Friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff. Will be my main tyre source from here on out.
I cannot recommend the staff at the Lisburn Rd branch in Belfast highly enough. I arrived at the location at closing time in a panic as my tyre pressure warning had come on and after getting out and checking, I could hear air escaping. The guys checked it and there was a screw in the tyre. Without hesitation about it being 5.30 on a Friday evening, they got me sorted out and back on the road. I will be forever grateful as it is my son birthday tomorrow and they have saved me a tonne of hassle tonight and tomorrow. Thank you so much.
